ATF Compliance Protocol

Federal Law & Firearm Transfer Guidelines

Per federal regulations governed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), direct-to-consumer delivery of firearms is restricted. All firearm purchases made through our digital network must be routed to a licensed dealer possessing a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) for official registration and background verification.
