Shipping, Fulfillment & Return Policies
Our transport matrix is designed to move high-value mechanical hardware swiftly, securely, and in strict alignment with federal compliance protocols. Below are the definitive structural frameworks governing your order fulfillment, transit insurance rules, and return eligibility windows.
1. Firearm Shipping Channels & Routing
Per ATF statutory directives, all serialized firearms must be shipped exclusively to a licensed business holding a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). We absolutely cannot ship firearms directly to residential doorsteps or P.O. Boxes.
- Logistics Partners: Regulated hardware is transported exclusively via high-value, tracked commercial freight carriers (FedEx, UPS, or specialized secure logistics lines).
- Processing Timelines: Standard custom allocations generally leave our distribution hubs within 2 to 5 business days after our compliance desk officially validates the target FFL certificate documentation.
- Transit Notifications: The absolute second your package enters the transit pipeline, automated tracking matrices will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to follow the package up to local shop delivery.
Mandatory Inspection Protocol Upon Pickup
Before you fill out Form 4473 and clear your local background check at your receiving dealer, you must carefully inspect the firearm over the counter. If there are any visible structural defects, shipping damage, or errors in variant allocation, leave the firearm with the dealer and contact us instantly. Once a firearm is legally transferred to your possession, it is permanently non-returnable.
2. Non-Regulated Accessories & Gear Logistics
Optic plates, conversion barrels, cleaning kits, and lifestyle apparel items are processed completely independently of FFL constraints. These components are shipped directly to your designated home or business billing address using standard ground transport mechanics, typically arriving within 3 to 7 business days.
3. Regional & State Shipping Restrictions
Due to complex, constantly shifting local legal boundaries, we actively restrict the shipping of specific components (such as high-capacity magazines, specific semi-automatic shotgun variants, or certain pistol configurations) to jurisdictions like California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Massachusetts, Washington, and Connecticut. If an ordered item is found to be restricted in your state, that portion of the order will be canceled and immediately refunded.
4. Returns & Restocking Matrix
To keep our inventory pure, sealed, and factory-new, we maintain strict controls over our return process:
- Firearms (Prior to Transfer): If you find a manufacturing defect or shipping damage *prior* to finalizing the FFL transfer, we will coordinate return freight to our facility at zero cost to you and provide a 100% full refund or immediate replacement swap.
- Firearms (Failed Background Checks): If your local background verification check is denied or you fail to pick up your firearm within your local dealer's pickup window, the order will be canceled. A mandatory 15% restocking fee plus the return freight costs will be deducted from your final refund balance.
- Accessories and Components: Unused, unmounted accessories still in their pristine, original factory-sealed packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. Open, installed, or tool-marked components are ineligible for return due to mechanical safety standards.
5. Return Authorization Process (RMA)
No physical items will be accepted at our receiving warehouse without an official, pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking indicator. To initialize a valid accessory return or report a transit incident, connect directly with our system customer service desk to receive a secure return shipping label and authorized routing directions.
6. Refund Settlement Processing
Once a returned asset safely reaches our inspection hub and is verified to meet our security standards, your refund balance will be issued within 3 to 5 business days. Your statement credit will be processed back to the original funding source used at checkout (credit card network, or designated decentralized ledger account address).
